Hey there! I'm sure this has been addressed before in the interest of time I'll ask. What is the most effect type of cardio (treadmill, eliptical, bike etc). Does it make any difference or is the goal to simply get your HR to your target %? Thanks! :) Shannon

Hey Shannon.. you may wanna move your question to another board. Suffice to say, there isn't one any better than another... or doing is better than none. Whatever gets your heart rate up for about 20 minutes is good. Just don't do the same one all the time, the body does get used to certain things. For instance, if you use the treadmill all the time, the body knows what you're doing and will compensate for this, taking the easiest way possible. So, switch it up, for your body's sake, and your mind's sake as well. Cardio can get pretty monotonous.

And welcome FT.
