I do flat bench(rotate starting with incline every other workout) 135-10 reps, 175- 8 reps, 225-6 reps, 275-4 reps, 315-2 reps, 335-1 rep, and a negative with 365. Then to incline dumbell presses(When i start with incline barbell presses these become flat dumbell presses), 70-10 reps, 80-8 reps, 90-6 reps, 100-4 reps. Then to decline barbell presses, 135-10 reps, 175-8 reps, 225-6 reps, 275-4 reps. Then either dumbell flyes or cable cross overs. My chest is pretty fried at this point. Rob

I have lost a lot of weight and have not seen much growth in my chest as compared to my legs and back.
My abs are the other area of concern do you think that perhaps my chest and abs are just slower to develop?

I start of with DIPS to give a total warmup to my upper body. Then I start with BARBELL FLAT BENCH PRESS (5 SETS),DUMBELL FLAT BENCH PRESS(3 SETS), INCLINE BARBELL(4 SETS),INCLINE DUMBELL(3 SETS), DECLINE DUMBELL(3 SETS),FLYS(3 SETS),PULL OVERS (3 SETS),BUTTERFLY(4 SETS).
That's my chest workout. It may look to be pretty long one for a few but my chest is an area which needs to be developed and have a ripped structure.
