What do you like to eat for a cheat meal?

Me it's pizza, eventhough I can't get a good one where I live right now.:(

must you ask this question????

Oh okay here goes, it's different every week, but I love Phad Thai, Panang, Singapore Rice Noodles, anything Italian and yep a Quarter Pounder w/Cheese. But the last one is only once every couple of months.

I have come to love Coldstone Creamery too, I know, I know, Bad Bettia!!! But it's only once in a blue moon so why not!! hehe

I am a Mexican fan. Usually opt for combination fajitas...chicken, beef, shrimp.

raven...you pegged mine...Coldstone is the best. The family and I usually go once a week on Friday's the and get it. It's really my only cheat meal each week. But it's so good! I'm usually mowing the yard and working outside all weekend so I burn it off by the time Monday comes around. I'll give it up one of these days, eventually...but for now I look forward to that big ole bowl each Friday.

can you imagine what 2 quater pounders would do to me...imagine a female version of fat bastard and that is what would happen!!! lmao!!

sstump, i love it! can yo believe i just ate there for the first time last month and we've pegged it to Friday's too!!! lol, that is our family night and goodie day. The kids only get goodies once a week as well, a plan we implemented a few years back that works really well. They get their soda pop, candies, chips and whatever for 24 hours and it's gone until the next week. We don't keep junk in the house so it helps us all eat well (except for Ravenwolf, he likes hiding all his goodies in the bedroom..he's weak...lol)

Mexican, i love mexican but have a hard time eating it unless i am at my families or i make it. There are not many mexican restaurants that can top the real stuff I make in Washington.

raven...that's funny.

I like mexican sometimes but usually when I make it. Much healthier...but have a hard time finding a good tortilla that's healthy. There's a lot of healthy low carb/low fat ones out now a days but they taste like paper. Otherwise I live in Texas so I could turn any corner and get mexican food if I weren't on a diet.

We limit our kids sugar intake lately, mainly because of some behavioral issues with my youngest one. Otherwise my wife is the weak one that always hides a little candy someplace in the house.

Zak...whether you get a cheat meal or not is up to you, it all depends on your goals. Just be sure to use it only as a reward for surviving the week without anything else to absurdly bad for you. Also I keep in the back of my mind what I'll do to burn it back off after I eat it (ie. yard work, run, gym). Keeps me from going to overboard on it, unless I want to go overboard and then I just make sure I'm even more active.
