I just aquired my NO2. I want to get in shape, nothing big, just lean muscle and get cut. I don't want to get big. I been taking the NO2 for four days, I follow the exercie program from FTS.com and do about 30-45 min. of cardio 4 to 5 times a week. I take protain shakes in the morning after workout, and in the afternoon. I alson take multivitamines and Glutamine. Am I on the right track.
