hello
well i have been working out for a couple months now and i cant get this eating down very well, since it is really hard due to many reasons. i have tried eating whats on the bodybuilder list but i cant really afford it, so i was just wondering what is best NOT to eat, like sugar, caffine, soda, ect. i am looking to show the 6 pack so what should i avoid eating

Stop ALL processed foods....canned or in a box, and don't consume anything white.

I try to stick with "don't eat it if it comes in a box or a bag ready to eat". There are times when I must eat from a can. Tuna comes to mind. There are also times of year when fresh aint possible. GG a tater every now and then is better than a cupcake!!
The main thing is avoid processed foods. The foods on the "grocer list" for the most part are cheaper than their processed counterparts. It just takes a little work and planning to use them instead.

I resent this comment. I happen to be fresh. :surprised: And even though a tater has great qualities..it ain't better than me :(

Ohh yeah, I've strayed away from any junk food...Most of the time I will just put a pretzel stick in my mouth and try to eat that for about 20 minutes to sooth my cravings :).....
To bad im not a fan of cupcakes, Never liked them....
Charlie like you, I have strayed away from prepackaged foods in a box or can...Natural tastes to much better except when it comes to peanut butter *yuck* Jif over natural anyday...But that explains why I dont eat it either.....
For anyone wanting a tasty treat, Walmart has rice cakes that have like 50 calories and comes in a varieties of flavors with next to no calories, Good stuff...White Cheddar Rice Cakes RULE!!!

hey all i was j/w wat veggies r best for u like carrotes or corn and wat a/b a baked potatoe does that count as a veggie plz help me if u can and wat desserts r good for u i dont no anyone who can go w/o dessert whether it be one tiny no fat cookie plz help

have only 1 snack everyday , if u cant help urself,
i have heaps of snack food- 2 times a dayand im in alright shape,,,u gotta work out though.
when i wasnt workin out and eating snack food everyday i got fat, u gotta eat right aswell.:surprised:
