What part of chest do flys work?

Ite the pecs, but it kinda feels like a different part. Is it the same as the part you hit when you do bench presses?

mostly targets the outer pec. if you do incline it will be the upper/outer, decline will be the lower/outer.

OMG, my pictures finnaly showed up, been trying to get that to work for half a year.

Thanks for the info. Got any good ideas for working the center? Even on normal bench presses I feel it almost entirely on the sides.

Do them bent arm. Many will tell you to do them straight arm, but this will tax the anterior delts heavily, and at some point cause irritation at best, and normally the possiblilty of maybe severe delt problems in the end.

for center? i would say standing and bent cable crossovers, close grip bench, and holding flye contraction at the top for a few secs
