Ok - suit weather is close by for us northern folks...so are there some dynomite "fer sure" exercises to help us who's buns r falling to the ground...exercises. I do squats with the squat machines currently. Also, I don't have much cellulite below my "rear" view (thighs) but being such - is there a way to get rid if it or is it stuck on me like glue?

You might want to try lunges, they seem to help with toning. Oh, and that stupid cottage cheese thighs are hard to get rid of. I don't think that I'll ever get rif of it. They do sell creams (not sure if they work) however, they are pretty pricey. GNC sells some "natural" cellulite remover for about $70.00.

Lots of "melting-away-the-cellulite" creams here in France (and they sell like butter!!). Honestly what they do is to smooth your skin. The only way to get rid of it is execise and diet...... We women are burn with big butts so it's very difficult to get rid of it.
If you don't already do lunges, then you should definitely start with it!

The solution is unfortunately bodyfat level. If I stay below 12 % there is none (hard to do year round, so that is always my summer goal). It will reappear about 15%. Every women is different on this issue.

opps forgot the exercise. Lay face down on a ball on your mid section arms support you in front feet on floor spread wide. lift and bring your feet together squeeze you glutes . your body will be "in line" at this point lower, repeat. Also do hip (or hyper) extentions on the machine if you have one. As you come up consentrate on tightening the glutes, this is great for glutes, hams and low back.

Cool - will try those - been doing the squat machine (stand up one). Man, I need to follow a diet to get my bodyfat down to ...the 12% range...but don't know what to follow. I had it measure last yr at the spa (around sept) and it was at 19% (weigh 115) - so I have my food diet to work on...because...at present I dont follow one like Im sure you do. That part I just don't know what to follow.

also good are single leg squats, those are killer. Put 1 foot on a bench, or on the wall, and squat on your one leg for your reps, then repeat with the other leg.
