I am also 5'2 but older so I am not so sure if it would be much different for you but a range of 118 to 125lbs. is good. If you really want to get into it there is a good web site it is called howstuffworks.com it will tell you how many calories you NEED each day for your activity level and your body mass index and more. Do you want to lose weight? Or tone up? Depending on your needs cycling 20 to 30 minutes 3 to 4 days a week is good for cardio work outs.
