I am 6ft, 172lbs, so I am by no means overweight, however, I do have a pretty big gut. I have been using Creatine and have had a mass gaining mindset for the past couple weeks bc the rest of my muscles arent the size I would like, but I am holding myself back, afraid I wont be able to lose the gut if I keep putting on mass.
I guess my question is, should I lower my body fat % and lose the gut before gaining the lean mass or keep doing what I am doing?
