Hey guys, ive been working out for almost a year and i see improvment but not as much as i would like to see. When i work out i work my chest, tricepts one day then the next day i work my back and biceps. I read that you should work your chest one day then your back the next day then the day after that work the triceps and biceps. Is that what I should be doing? I do wprk out my legs too. Just so you know.

15 lbs of muscle is going to take a while. Changing the things you do might help, try using the fitness planner on this site, it will give you an idea how you should be lifting.

how long do you think it would take for me to gain another 10-15 pounds if im doing everything right? i also wanted to know if it is possible to gain muscle without gaining any weight? i know it may sound stupid but i think i can see my muscles getting bigger but when i weigh myself its usually the same or just a little heavier?

You will gain weight if you gain muscle, muscle has weight to it, it's not made of air...
As for how long it would take if you "do everything right", that depends entirely on your genetics, could be 6 months, could be a year...
