I am a 20 year old male and i am trying to bulk up dose anyone have any advice for me like the best work outs and supplements i am also working on loosing weight, im currently 250lbs if anyone has any weight loss tips please leave them as well oh and how long should it take to see results once i get a routine down. Thank You!

try using a ft program they are working great for me! _ good luck - Mike
