what should i include in my diet to gain

Hi, i have recently lost 40lbs and i am trying to lose more.instead of just losing weight i want to gain more muscle, so i can have tone, definition and firmness. I know that diet plays a major role as well as resistence training.I already know about protein,but am i missing anything else? What are some other things that i should include in my diet to get me started?

You are probably missing fat...... GOOD fat (you'll need it to burn the bad one!).
Olives, nuts, avocados, seeds........

Look the the post grocery list for a body builder. Print it out and take it to the store with you. I have the wife thinks I am nuts because I wont buy sweets or ice cream any more lol.
