My goal is to loose fat and gain muscle (isn't everybodys?) What I mean is that I want to look muscular. Not just "toned". I suppliment with protein powder, sometimes with breakfast and allways after my workouts. I've also been taking 7-keto and L-carnatine. Should I take creatine? What about glutamine or arganine? I'm so confused. Need some input please.
