Well, there is protien (whey is considered better than soy) then there is the creatine (I myself have yet to try it) Then there are so many other ones that someone has to be making a good profit from us!
Actually, I think that taking multi vitamins (like your daily supplement) Eating a proper diet such as leating less fat and sugar, sticking with lean meats like skinnless chicken breast or turky breast, eating more egg whites than egg yolks ( I personally crack four eggs, feed two egg yolks to the dogs and make scrabbled eggs with the rest) Eating more fruits and vegetables, and a protien shake or two a day are all the nutrition you really need.
Of course your routine is very important as well, working out regularly, yet giving each muscle group a day or two off to recover, taking a week off every six weeks to two months, and alternating your exercises should provide the best results. Its a combination of all of these factors that end with results. I can't say what exactly will work for you, that is something you'll have to trial and error through. But you will find it. Body building requires a lot of time (years) but, if your really seeking those big muscles, it's really worth taking the time. Reaching those goals fast can be dangerous, letting one do things that aren't safe. Hope this helps some. Cheers

Right now i'm taking this called tribulus 850 stack from Optimum Nutrition , I also use creatine and take glutamine and a meal replacement shake and protein powder. I think that they really help. I feel pumped, tight and solid all the time.
