I have been doing serious weights for a while now, but would still class myself as a beginner.
My goal is to increase my size as I have already got good definition.
Currently I am just using whey protein powder and creatine caps. I feel I am not getting the most out of my workouts and could have greater gains.
What supplements can anyone recommend?
Thanks

I would add a good multi-vitamin/mineral supplement and use a good quality whey-protein isolate/concentrate blend in morning and PWO. Creatine is a great supplement but I do not believe the caps are the way to go, for absorbtion try a powder disolved (as best you can) in orange juice. The downside with Creatine is that you will retain water after sometime of use so keep that in mind. Increase your workout intensity and mix it up to keep your body guessing and in shock. Be sure to work-in lots of cardio/circuit training. The sups will help but you gotta use what you eat so workout and stay active.

If you use CEE, you may well not experience much if any water retention, while the effects/strength gains are also more consistent. I used this product with good success...http://www.dpsnutrition.net/product_information.asp?number=SN022&back=yes&dept=1047&last=1047

Interesting stuff... but I would never use it. My days of taking a bunch of sups have long since past. My sups consist of MegaMen, Ginko Biloba and two protein shakes a day (mainly b/c I'm hooked on them). I primarily focus on getting in my workouts, rest, eating healthy and cardio. I get in about 5 meals a day including protein shakes. Lots of fresh fruits and fresh vegetables. It really depends on your goals but most supplements just go into the toilet in the end anyway and provide minimal benefit.
