Alright, so I was curious what are some good starting supplements to use. I go to GNC, sorry to disappoint everyone. But I have just been using whey protein powder. I was just wondering what are some other basic supplements I could take to enhance my performance.

The grocery store is the best place to go.

Or conversely you can take all the money you were going to spend on supplements, send it my address, and I will send you everything you need. :):dumbbell::)

A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly!

Thanks. Now when is the best time to take protein powder? I usually take it first thing in the morning, then following my workout. I hear people take it before bed, what does this do?

The reasoning before bed is to have nutrients through the night(or at least partially). A casein based protein is best here, it is a very slow digesting protein so will assure a more prolonged amino acid blood level. I would just eat food here...cottage cheese for example is ideal.
