I'm 5'10 195 18 yrs old, I work out 5 times a week and Im doing pretty well. I never took any supplements, no creatine, no andro, no protein powders either, none of that- and I dont ever want to touch any of that stuff. Obviously I had a starting point of a higher weight than most (started at 16, I weighed 210 and was 5'7), and I dont want to add weight to my frame neccessarily, but I want to get more cut. I eat around 170 grams of protein a day thru things like tuna fish, cottage cheese, chicken, meat etc... What would you guys reccomend doing to get rid of that stubborn layer of fat on my stomach? A few people have told me to do stomach vacuums and weighted ab workouts- im seeing some results, but I need to hit that next level. Remember, no supplements- and nothing unnatural- i work out to be healthy, and I dont want to risk any health with supplements... help point me in the right direction- im willing to put in the work, just want to hear from some guys who were possibly in the same position as being naturally big and needing to cut down that last straw.

cut calories further....cut calories 100-200 at a time every few weeks....

increase cardio intensity....3-4 days a week of 30-60 minutes....

eat mostly complex carbs....

drink about gallon of water a day....

continually increase resistance for abs...

eat 6-8 small meals/snacks a day...
