Ok I am 23 72" and weigh 205 and according to the army 16% body fat. Everyone here is just worried about getting bigger but me I want to be more athletic. I want the abs big arms and sholders but I dont want to be huge. I think that if I can stay the same weight but get down to like 10percent body fat I would be happy. My thing is what kind of program should I do. I have a gut.man boobs and would just like to tone it all up while increasing muscle mass.
Oh and dont hold me to the body fat because all they do is take your waist and neck measurements and your age and hight also come into it. So I dont really know how accurite it is.
