since im tryin to put on bulk and muscle, should i just shock my muscles every day or do it at a certain time? if so, when? i heard shocking your muscles make them grow of course if you rest. i do my triceps and chest on mon, neck and abs on tues, quads and hamstrings on wed, calves and deltoids on thurs, back and biceps on fri, and saturday and sunday i rest. then i do the same thing come monday. btw, thanx everyone who responded to my other posts. it was really helpful.

Well, you can be the best answer to your own question I think. Are you gaining from what you are doing? If you are, don't fix what isn't broken. On the other hand, if your gains have stopped for a significant period of time, then it is sure time for a change. You need not change daily...In fact,you may keep the same routine you are doing, just change the order. You will be surprised at the difference this makes! Say for instance on chest day, you always do flat benches, then inclines, then flyes, then declines. Each chest session, mix it up. Start out with inclines, then go to declines, then flat benches and flyes. YOu will be surprised what a shock this is to your muscles. Some lifts will go up, some down, but the shock is what you are after, and when you go back to normal routine, you may jusst find that all your lifts have gone up. Hope this helps...good luck.
