Ok, ive been training for a few months now, but im not sure if im doing my workouts at the right days. Currently i am doing day 1 legs..day 2 rest..... day 3 chest and shoulders...day 4 rest... day 5 arms and back.... day 6&7 rest. If anyone can tell me if im doing it wrong or on the right track that would really help me out.
Nothing wrong with that, if you are getting results and you feel good, keep going. But with that routine you should see results, don't forget to eat well.

Looks great. Ensure that you are putting in everything you got to each workout. Eating right is just as important as lifting right. In time you will see great results.
