For chicken, 99% of the time I eat plain old broiled skinless chicken breast. When I'm in the mood something different, I usually marinate it overnight in fat free italian dressing or balsamic vinegar.
For tuna, I usually mix in some mushed up black beans and some salsa. Easy, good cold, and very nutritious. Good in a whole wheat pita too.
I stay away from yogurt, mostly because even the low-calorie stuff is loaded with sugar. The atkins kind made with sucralose is pretty decent, but very expensive where I live ($1 for a little 4 oz cup, yeesh.)
Fruits...um, good as is imo.
