Whats up I am starting the bulking stage and I was wondering what kind of stuff to stay away from. I know the basic stuff like beer, cokes, junk food, etc. But Can I eat hotdogs, bacon, and stuff like. If you could, tell me somethings to eat that are good for you while bulking up. Thanks David

bulking stage is when you put on mass....so you should still try to eat healthier lean proteins(ie cut down on bacon that lacks in protein but has considerable fat and cholesterol)....however when trying to put on weight it's not that big of a deal.....you should still stay away from simple carbs...like white bread in hot dogs...and unhealthy fats...

read labels...anything that has 'partially and or hydrogenated oil....in it...you can safely leave it on the shelf or put it in the trash....

Eat plenty of chicken, lean beef, tuna, soy, fish, lean pork, turkey....

Eat lots of complex and fibrous carbs....yams, sweet potatoes, lentils, brown rice, beans, ...and in smaller amounts potatoes, pasta, rice after your workouts.....

eat good amounts of healthy fats in nuts, avacados, olive oil,etc....

while bulking add 300-500 calories over maintenance to see good results....hope this helps
