I need someone to tell me what I can eat and foods to stay away from. I workout about 6x a week. 50min/day( 30min cardio and 20min. of weight and abs). I weigh about 145. Which I hate!! I am not fat but I am not thin. I am very active. I have the athletic look. I want to weigh about 130 though. I have been watching what I eat but I think I am eating the wrong things b/c I have not lost over 1.5lbs in 2weeks. Please help me!!!
Check out the bodybuilder grocery store post, those are the meals you need to stay close to in order to lose weight.
