I'm guessing convenience is a major factor for you? Try heading to menshealth.com and go to the recipe finder. There's a good recipe in there for an egg burrito type thing that you can make in the microwave and it's far better for you than anything you'd get at the pick-up window. As for lunch, I make tuna sandwiches, turkey or chicken chili (I mix up a whole mess of it on the weekend, throw it in microwave containers in the fridge and heat it up at work), and good ol' PB&J (with whole wheat bread and natural PB, of course). Stick to unrefined (I'm sure you've heard this) foods, lean meats and non-fried foods. There's no real specific foods for weight loss, but if you're really going into this, track your calories at fitday.com and shoot for under 2800. Good luck.
