I'm a running fool myself and when I do it that late and I do because I'm always mixing up my workout time I always slam down a 1 Scoop Whey in water and when I get home I eat my last meal which is always my lightes and next to no carbs.
Examples
1. Cottage Cheese, Peanut butter, Flax Seed and Tuna or Salmon mixed together
2. Chicken, Tuna or Salmon Salad whith Flax Seed
3. Cottage Cheese and Eggs with Salsa and Flax Seed
4. Get the point, Protiens and Fats but I Really like Cottage Cheese at this time at night GREAT PROTIEN to sleep on!
Also I'm in the same boat as you as I'm like almost at my goal and have about 3% to 4% more to burn, Im' at 17% today.
