Hey,

Are there any specific kinds of food that should be avoided, or SHOULD be eaten, when training the biceps?

Thanks.

Nothing any different than when you work any other muscle. You are working other muscles, right?

Beer in one hand.
Hotdog in the other.

Rep until food is gone.

Repeat.

Is that why my biceps look like a pair of protein bars?

Eat the same thing you eat after training legs.

Personally I find the tail of a newt...with the left leg of a chicken....blending into a drink...with jr mints...added themost size to my biceps.

don't use the right leg of a chicken or your claves will grow.
