I am currently taking whey protein and am thinking about also taking creaitne and gulitamine. Is this a good combo and is there anything else you can reccomend thats good for muscle toning and plain old strength building. Thanks

You are 15 yrs. old. Lift,eat and rest. Nothing is more anabolic than food. Forget about creatine for now. Give your body a chance to peak out. Keep taking your protein post workout. All you will need.

try NO2...or ateast check it out...its expensive...but i heard its highly effective and adds actual muscle instead of water weight

if your 15 then your body is already making enough creatine for you and muscle gains should be to hard for you. I think protein is REALLY only needed for the real bodybuilders b/c most people get enough from food but they don't know it. I would wait till at least 18 for taking creatine. Or at least till you hit a plateau. If you wanna get something get vitamins and amino acids.

I can already tell you what results you will get from the NO2...a lighter wallet! 'sorry, but the facts are in. It is a way overhyped product that will do nothing like it claims. Welcome to the supplement of the month club!!:big_smile:
