I am an 18 yr old male approx 175lbs and 6'1" what supplement(s) would work best for me to carve away fat and build muscle mass? I work out 3 times a week on different muscle groups each day on a program from this website. I also do my own cardio workout from either cross country running or basketball 1-2 a week for 2-3 hours.
Hii you can try exercise like running on treadmill, crosstendor, recumbent bikes. this will definately help you .brcasue i also use this and i lost 32 pounds in 4 mnoths.
