Hey yall this is what i liftin

Wieght:129 Bench:135(just started liftin)
Squat:235 40 Time:4.93
Power clean:115 Hieght:5'5

What would be a good 30-45 min workout for me i want to build a little size but mostly wanna get all the body fat off of me. Any ideas
