Hi Everyone,
I have recently obtained membership to a large gym in toronto so access to machines is no problem for me, however I am not a professional in the gym and cant afford personal training sessions, so i find myself quite lost.
I am currently weighing in at 208 pounds and height 5 foot 11 inches. I am hoping to get down to 180 by may
what would be my best attack in the gym, should i be mainly concentrating on cardio, or doing full body weight sessions, or isolating individual muscles each day, I realise my question may seem a little stupid but i feel i have the access to a good gym and really dont want to waste my time any assistance would be greatly appreciatted,
cheers guys

Welcome here Bradley. age, goals, experience etc help. It sounds like you're fairly inexperienced. In order to get accustomed to lifting, you may want to start with the FT Full Body Workout. Click on exercise at the top of the page and then click on workouts and follow the yellow brick road. Start out light and pay strict attention to for. There are a couple of stickies in the beginner forum on lifting you should read.
Good luck and ask questions.

Full body workout would work best with alot of cardio, but really since your looking to loose the weight and am sure you want to be more defined would look into one of the exercise programs like P90X.
