??? I was using Creatine Monohydrate in the pill form. I took 3 before my workout and 5 after. @ 700mg per capsul which equates to 5pills = 3.5g. I took the powder form last year before and during my workout, without weight lifting only cardio, and experianced cramping in my rib area. So, i stopped using it. It seemed like I still got a little bigger and faster using the powder.
Should I go back to the powder now that I am on a weight lifting schedule? Should I be taking it at all? What other suppliments should I be taking if any?

Oh, yeah & what about the loading phase? Is that always necessary? What does the loading phase consist of? Also, is the syrum any good? Which of the three has shown the best results?

serrum has bad press that it doesn't actually work lately, as the ingredient is alledged not active. theres a new pyruvate? i think that is they say 5 times stronger than monohydrate, (so why do you still have to take so much of it then?).... i'm not surprised you get cramps on creatine doing cardio, you burn up the water it needs in your muscles.
go monohydrate powder load up a week on 5 scoops a day then one or two(if over 90 kilos i'd say) just before training on loads of water a good gallon- water, not cola and coffee.
