Wowa talk about a quick reply. DO u sit here and wait for each post or something lol. Anyway I agree with u 100 percent when u said about the sugar. That put me off a fair bit. Im only looking at loosing another 5 kilo's. I reckon ive probobly already lost 5 its coming off quite easily for me. But my real aim is muscle mass. I dunno if anyone would have heard off this stuff because im in australia but its called UGF deluxe.

hey there,
Im not sure. What I have put up is all I know. I think I might buy it tho even tho it has high sugar. Its very cheap. Down here it is anyway for 1.75 kg for 64 bucks. 50 grams per serving.

G'day mate! Can you purchase MuscleTech products down under? I would recommend Nitro-Tech. It has 2g sugars and 20g of protein (whey).

It looks like it's a supplement that can't make up it's mind whether it is a weight gainer or protein powder. I'd go with Nitro-Tech or a similar product like rpacheco suggests.

Ahh I see, I guess the only reason ur saying that is because of the sugar levels ? I would only be taking one a day so that wouldnt hurt me would it ? I hardl eat anythin with alot of sugar as it is.

The only reason why Im favoring it so much is because its so cheap.

stick with it if you think that small amount of sugar is not a big deal for you. Some people handle sugars better than others.

Ok cool I will, So u think the carb and protein levels are ok ?
|
2002/01/22, 07:39 AM
Yes it is 65% protein 30% carbs and 5% fat (approx)

Davo, be careful. When something's that cheap, you usually get what you pay for! The problem with generic weight gainers and protein powders is low quality ingredients. Stick with reputable brands that have studies/research to prove how effective their products are.
Good luck!
