My 1st as always is the Lazy Ass

Lazy Ass is a shake made with Milk, Oats, Protein Powder and Blueberries. This is also taken with 4 Fish Oil Pills.

My 2nd meal was the Crazy Carl Omelet

Crazy Carl Omelet is 1 Egg, 3 Egg Whites, 1/2 Cup of Cottage Cheese, 3 TBSP of Salsa and 2 tsp of Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard with 3 oz of Chicken Breast on the side.

1st meal was smoked salmon with 2 hard boiled eggs and low fat cream cheese. 2nd meal was left over chicken with broccoli and a yogurt. Next will be prk roast with baked potatoe, red peppers and green beans.

My first meal was 1 whole egg, 5 eggwhites, protein drink, Heart to Heart cereal with blueberries.

Second was pwo shake.

Next was a pepperoni pizza.

We are having Cornish Hens, homemade dressing and salad for dinner.

1st - 1 egg and 5 egg white omelet with 2% cheese with bowl of oatmeal with sugar free syrup

2nd - 4 oz chicken breat, grilled with cauliflower

1st- 1 bowl grape nuts, 1 cup vanilla sugar free yogurt, and 16 oz milk.

2nd 6 oz chicken breast and 2 eggs.

1st - three eggs, salsa, and two pieces of toast.

2nd - PWO drink.... 300ml of chocolate milk, topped with 200ml of white milk. Added a tablespoon or so of ground flax, a couple tablespoons of natural peanut butter, 3/4 cup oatmeal or so, and one banana. Blended. Drank.

may as well post my meals... 2 whole eggs...1/4 c oats with cinnamon,equal,and SF syrup...canadian bacon... meal 2 4 oz 1% milk 4 oz water 2 sc chocolate protein PWO shake.

breakfast - 1 egg,3 egg whites, 2 clises of wheat toast with 2 tbl spoons of peanut butter

10am snack - fat free yogurt with 1/2 cup blackberries

Since this diet thing is new to me, am I on the right track??

1st meal was a 5 egg white omelet topped with an all natural Pineapple Mango Salsa, piece of Alvarado Street Rye Toast Topped with Natural Peanut Butter, glass of Skim Milk with 1 scoop of Casien/Whey mix stired with Honey 4 Fish Oil Caps and a Cup of Green Tea.

2nd meal hasn't been thought up yet!

2nd meal Can of tuna 1 Tbs light mayo and an apple

1st Ham and fake egg omelette, 2nd weight watchers oatmeal.
not bad for me we will see how the rest of the day goes :)

1st meal today....

3 egg omlette with turkey and vegetables, lowfat cheese melted on top, and salsa. 3 multigrain pancakes(medium size) with 3 strawberries, 1/2 ounce of walnuts sprinkled on top.

Worked out about 1 1/2 hr. after..fantastic workout today.

In a bowl:
4 servings of oatmeal
2 scoops of protein
1/2 cup of NF cottage cheese
2 tbsp of peanut butter
3 cups of NF milk
1 tsp of cinammon
Frozen berries

8 eggwhite omelet, 2 slices of whole grain toast with 2 slices of NF cheese.



YUM!
