What Weight do I imput?

When working out at home doing pushups for example you aren't using any weights. Do you put your body weight in that blank? If so what do you put for Can curls? I've been putting the dumbell weight in the weight blank. I couldn't find a clear answer anywhere please help!!!

I put a '0' in when doing bodyweight exercises as your weight will fluctuate.
