Hey,

I'm doing the massive eating nutrition plan to bulk up and doing the home exercise routine on this website.

They tell me to eat about 2600 calories a day.

When I start gaining, what will I be gaining--muscle or fat?

I currently have a pretty flat stomach and don't want fat to get piled up there (or on my butt).

My profile says more about my body stats.

What do you think?

Are you using weights at home? Do you have the ability to overload your muscles?

I have a 30 pound barbell set which is sufficient enough for me right now.

I don't believe the massive eating program would be good for you. I think you would put on a majority of fat with that program and a 30 lb. barbell.
