I was just wondering how you know if any of the diet pills work, or if they are just out to rope you into buying the product? I always see so many different pills and I was just wanting some advice? I do exercise quite regularly and I watch what I eat, but those last 10-15 pounds just won't come off. I'm so tempted to buy something to boost my metabolism and help me burn fat faster. Is there such thing?

To lose weight your energy expense must be more than your fuel input. There is no magic pill.
Having said that if you really are determined then Xenadrine, Hydroxycut have good press. Green tea has catchekins 10 cups or capsules a day. Calcium is the latest new promotion in the uk, as is Adios. All these are psychologically beneficial if you are willing. They may make a measurable difference unseeable by the naked eye... Unless you make it a total project- I mean take the pill, do a food and exercise diary, up the exercise just a tweak, analyse your hunger periods and follow rules you set yourself strictly- like no
carbs after 7pm and oat based cereal daily with 8 veg/fruit portions daily, drinking 4 litres plus water per day... etc...
if you try this as a project and analyse you- Then the pills will work.
