hey ive been changin my diet to gain some weight,i'm 155lbs now and to gain at least 180lbs and this is what i came up with for the past couple days now, just to tell you guys, i only take weight gainer as a supplement, it has
1SERVING.
ENERGY 970CAL
PROTEIN 50G
FAT 18G
CARBS 152G

with 500ml of 2% milk its:
ENERGY 1252CAL
PROTEIN 66G
FAT 28G
CARBS 184G
this is the diet ive been following for the past few days.

breakfast 8:30am
3large egg white with 2 piece of wheat bread
orange juice

11am
1/2serving of weight gainer, peanut butter sandwish

Lunch
1:30pm
macaroni, chicken breast, salad mixed with a little of tuna ( sometimes its brown rice with chicken breast or chicken legs)

4pm
pre work out (i sometimes eat peanut butter sandwish before workout and sometimes i just dont eat nothing before)

5pm
post workout
1 serving of weight gainer

7:30pm
chicken legs with pasta and maybe a salad sometimes

10pm
1/2 of weight gainer

You could probably save yourself a lot of money on weight gainer with a blender and some basic ingredients. bb1 has posted a recipe before that includes skim milk or water, 1/2 cup raw oats, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1-2 scoops protein powder, 2 tbsp peanut butter, and 1-2 tbsp heavy cream or flax oil. Combine all those and blend, and you have a decent tasting shake with 700+ calories and 50+ grams of protein. I think it's better than choking down huge amounts of weight gainer gloop, too.

thanx man, i will try that and see how it goes
