Finally got around to a composition test, and feel the need to crunch some numbers:
Me:
5'6", 28 year old male, 158 lbs. 13.5% BF
I'm looking to put on muscle, drop fat. In that order.
I have the time and the will (and $$$ for useful supplements like protein.)
I'm currently doing a 2-day split, every other day, with 20 min cardio on off days.
I'm eating 5 meals a day, and getting 160 g of protein per day.
So, the question is: What am I missing? How can I improve this? What numbers am I missing?
