whats a good creatine cycle?

looking for some opinions on creatine cycling.. i was thinking 5 day load, then 7 weeks maintenace (for a total of about 8 weeks on) then a 3 week break, then repeat..

oh yeah, the load was 20 g/day and maintenance 5 g/day.. ive been hearing alot about 10 g/day for maintenance tho.. can anyone clarify?

Sounds good...you really don't have to get off creatine at all, but then there is the "law of diminishing returns" so to speak.

yeah ive heard the standpoint for both cycling and not, but i think im gonna give this split a go. thanks bb1fit
