well i wanted to know whats a good source of lean protein source and some good complex sicne i need it for pre workout?? thax for ne suggestions:dumbbell::big_smile:

protein: chicken breast, turkey, fish, tuna
carbs: oats, rice, potatoes, not sure about pasta, and of vourse a lot of veggies.

what about chicken thighs, would those be considered a lean protein soure.

Thighs as in dark meat has more fat.

I would think it evens out with dark chicken meat compared to lean beef
