CLA in a nutshell has the ability to block the transport of fat to fat cells, so fat cells cannot become bigger. This is best utilized on a gainng cycle, as you are taking in a large amount of calories, and this will aid in some of them being stored as fat. It is said to have the ability to shift metabolic pathways toward muscle building also. It is not as the media would have you believe a fat burner. If you are trying to lose fat, and on a restricted calorie diet, then you really have no use for it. It will be pretty much of a waste of money. I could get more technical in the description here, but I hope this suffices.
-------------- As far as genetics go, the skies the limit. You are limited only by your mental perception of it.
