Breakfast doesn't have to be breakfast food. you could have anything you like that would provide you with some protein, complex carbs and fiber.
Some easy at-the-desk meals:
Mix some low-fat yogurt into your cereal. Pick a cereal that is high in fiber. add a little dried fruit, if you like it. In the morning you can afford (and actually need) some fast carbs like fruit.
Low-fat cottage cheese with peaches or pineapple, or an apple. maybe a small handful of almonds.
wasa krisp, spread with lowfat laughing cow cheese and a few slices of deli ham or proscuitto, an apple sliced.
Rice cakes or wasa crisp with natural peanut butter, orange sections or a low sodium v-8 juice.
Cut up mixed melon, cheese cubes, triskets or rye crisps.
A small, whole wheat bagel with ham and cheese or whatever you like spread on it, low-fat cream cheese, nuts.. lox..something with some protein.
Or a small bran muffin and a protein shake.
You could prepare some breakfast burritos ahead of time and re-heat them at work....
I guess I could keep going, but you get the picture.
-------------- Food is neither friend nor foe, just fuel. You pick the quality of the fuel.
