I have been working out steady for the last 1.5 years and have noticed changes in my body, but now i have seem to flucuate and it seems i have gained 5 pounds (it may be muscle b/c I can tell I have alot more now!!)
I have been eating alot of fruit, i eat high fibre, should i try to cut out the fruit (i eat alot grapes), also i am doing the weight loss definition program (which i have already done) do you suggest that I do it again?????
Help.. i would just like to lose 10 more pounds..

Grapes may indeed be cut out. Eating grapes you may well be eating a candy bar.
Switch to more fat friendly fruits, like anything that ends in berry. Strawberries, blueberries, etc. They have an excellent carbohydrate to thermogenic ratio.
