Basically whats the best supplement other than protein.. like creatine, CGT, v12 others whats the best to take?

Sans v12 is a great product definitly my recommendation

Creatine, then glutamine. Creatine is probably the most reseached supplement in history. And the fact is it works if you have realistic expectations. There are non responders, but you will have to find out if you are one or not. Glutamine is a conditionaly essential amino acide, and invaluable especially when dieting. You can never take too much glutamine.

well if i oculd see my arms getting bigger in a matter of weaks from the water retention and i have greater amounts of energy i am a responder correct?

The best supplements to take are ones that are scientifically manufactured to Pharmaceutical Grade Standards.
