hi guys i need some help with what types of food is best to eat when wanting to pack on loads of muscle i do need to put on more weight as i only weight 145lbs and are aiming to get to about 175lbs in the next few months can anyone help me thanks
Look at grocery list for healthy eating or groceryt list for a bodybuilder (same thing).
To add mass you need to train hard, rest well and eat a few hundred additional calories a day. This will depend on how many calories you currently eat and what your routine looks like.
