Hi, all.
I just wanted to make sure I've got the right plan for me before I start.
I'm 16 years old, 5'11", and 150lbs. I want to gain alot of mass and stregnth, but I don't wanna look fat.
I chose the Muscle Mass and Stregnth course coupled with the diet, and the chest and abdominal extras, because those are special areas that need some work.
Do you think this is a good course for me to pursure? Does the course I want to take add alot of fat, because if so, I'd rather go with the lean program, as I want to be pretty well cut.
