whats up my names Ryan and I just joined here and gunna check this out. im 17 years old and play football. ive been liftin for about 4 years and wanna learn some new stuff....ive been readin alot but id rather talk to people that know what they're doin and can help me....i only weighh 175 and i wanna get up to 200 by next football season but i dont wanna gain it in fat....im takin protien shakes and on a regular 5 day workout plan....what should i concentrate on?
