Hi My name is Sam, I'm male and I just turned 16 years old, and I live in Halfax, NS. The main reason I signed up to this site is to lose a few pounds around my waist, and that last bit of pooch around the abs. I'm 5'11", and I weigh 155lbs. I'm by no means fat or over weight. I just want to lose that last bit of pudge so I can get a pack. I would like to drop about 8-10 pounds. i dont have much access to gym equipment, as I don't really have the funds to get a membership. How should I approach this? I have the plan that this sight has given me. both exercise and diet. And its all good. The only thing is, the "at home" plan witch is the one that I'm on, becasue i dont have access to a gym, will that satisfy my needs? what can I accomplish with that? I'm also on the 12 week abdominal workout plan. how lond should it start to take before i see results, if i do all my exercises, and follow my diet? Soory for all the questions everyone, i'm just new to this whole dieting and working out thing, and theres alot to take in. Thanks alot. Sam
