Hey everyone I'm a new member. I have been lifting for a while. I bench 270 and squat 330. I came to this site in hopes of finding a good workout plan that would help me to achieve more results as far as lean muscle mass. If anyone has any input or suggestions, I'm open to listen. Thanks in advance
