:love:Hi im new to this and I just wanted to know what everyone goals are?? and why they are doing this?? but only of you wanna say!! Well I'll tell you mine I wanna loss weight because I am a Native American and i have a very high risk for getting diabetes and losing weight can help reduce my risk.:love:

Very good goal Blkft. I pray you train well and achieve just that! With a good attitude, you are half way there :big_smile:.
My goal is to gain another 15lbs of mass then go through a cutting phase. Ultimate goal is to just keep growing :big_smile:.

Welcome to freetrainers and congratulations on making a healthy decision.
My goals are to stay in shape to be able to do my biking.

Hi blkft...goals is to maintain the muscle and weight loss. Fit for life isnt just an eating program for me...its being true to a healthy body. I'll tell ya girl...it isnt so easy lots of time but hey a girls got to do what a girls got to do. So I better get to the gym and toss this ice cream cone. :) WORKOUT EAT HEALTHY AND LIFT WEIGHTS...OH CARDIO YEA DO CARDIO ....I HATE CARDIO. YOU'RE RIGHT DIABETES AND HEART DISEASE AND ALL THE OTHER JUNK WE HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WILL SURELY COME OUR WAY IF WE DONT KEEP FIT...well at least we'll look cute :cool: if it does!!! Welcome
